The minister delivers a message on Power to Become, reminding us that every believer has been given the ability and capacity to walk in transformation. This sermon focuses on the following key points:
🌟 The Right to Become
As many as received Him were given the right to become children of God (John 1:12). Power is defined as the ability to do work, the capacity to perform and to change—without it, there is no growth or transformation. “Power” and “right” are used interchangeably in this context.
đź’ˇ Power for Salvation and Sonship
We were saved by grace, not by works, and that same grace is the power to become (Romans 8:16-17). As joint heirs with Christ, we share fully in His spiritual inheritance, royal status, and eternal glory—everything Jesus possesses is shared completely with us.
đź‘‘ Power That Transforms Every Area of Life
This power turns life around in practical ways—becoming the parent you want to be, growing in your career or organization, and overcoming impossible situations. It is the power that changes who you are becoming, not just what you do.
🔥 Power Over Sickness, Fear, and Darkness
Believers are given power over sickness and demons (Luke 10:19, Luke 9:1), power to be a witness (Acts 1:8), and power to live courageously rather than in fear (2 Timothy 1:7).
🌍 Power to Shine and Possess All Things Pertaining to Life
God has called us to rise and shine, for His glory is upon us (Isaiah 60:1-2). Through divine power, we are given all things that pertain to life and godliness (2 Peter 1:3), and we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us (Philippians 4:13).
🚀 Belief Releases Power
Every time you believe, God releases the power to become. The power to become what you have believed only comes after you have believed—for all things are possible to those who believe (Mark 9:23).
đź’ˇ God has given you the power and the right to become all that He has called you to be. Believe, receive, and walk in the transformation He has already provided.
